Shipping & Returns
We aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible.
Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We primarily ship via UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Eskola Swim is not responsible for carrier delays or packages once marked as delivered.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via UPS where available. Shipping rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for international delivery, depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and taxes associated with international returns.
Eskola Swim is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Eskola Swim is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on full-priced items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Hygienic liners must remain intact
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original condition
Please try on swimwear over undergarments.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items returned without hygienic liners or tags
- Damaged items not reported prior to wear
Print Variation
Each salt print suit is unique due to our hand-developed printing process. Variations in color, tone, and pattern are inherent to the design and are not considered defects. The piece you receive may differ slightly from what is shown on the site.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@eskolaswim.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Detailed instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we kindly ask that you begin the return process for the original item and place a new order separately.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Eskola Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment and filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
